Pink Skid Marks Fix. Test Drive Unlimited 2.

A quick easy fix for the Pink Skidmarks Bug.

Please note the format of my guides do not work well on mobile devices as the pictures end up all over the place. You can view it, it's just untidy. Works best on pc (Like everything)

Solution

Step 1

Just incase. Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.

Step 2 If Step 1 Did Nothing

If step 1 did nothing. You have a corrupt file, not to worry this will not affect your savegame or anything else.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\test drive unlimited 2\Euro\Shaders.
In that folder is a file called, 'TD_TireSkid.sob'.
Delete this file then restart your game.
The TDU launcher will notice the file is missing and reinstall it for you.
Now just play.

You should now have normal skidmarks like this,
