"This is my version of Patriarch from the Killing Floor.

I called it 3.0, because there have been two game versions (the current one, and the initial KF mod version from 2005).

List of modifications:

1) Protruding eye replaced with cybernetic eye. Patriarch is supposed to be the perfect being, but that protruding eye didn't fit that description. Also, it's hard for me to buy into that "muscular retinal artery" story. So, I decided to replace that eye with cybernetic one. Not only it looks better, but also may have some additional functionalities, like infrared vision.
2) Broken glasses removed. They didn't look good. They would have fallen off long time ago. And vision problems also don't fit the perfect human description.
3) Hair made more greasy and tousled – you know, it's hard to keep your haircut neat, when you're walking around and killing people. Also, it gives Patriarch a more savage look.
4) Paedophile moustache – it looks silly, but I kept that as a reminder of his scientist's past.
5) Central tentacle – it looks like a flower and does not harmonise with his overall appearance. So, I hid it inside his abdominal cavity. It can be used, when needed.
6) Other tentacles – moved them all down to abdomen level, because they won't fit in the chest cavity – after all, even Patriarch needs lungs for breathing and heart for pumping blood (or does he?). Also, I made the tentacles longer to add some functionality. It might be hard for him to do simple activities (unrelated to killing) with only one normal hand left, like typing, grabbing, pushing, carrying. With those tentacles there is a good alternative. Patriarch can pull them in, if he likes.
Since all those tentacles are occupying his abdominal cavity, he must have removed his intestines (at least), which means that he can no longer have proper digestion and needs another source of energy. I've figured out he can use photosynthesis, having his haemoglobin replaced with chlorophyll (and red blood cells with chloroplasts?)
7) Therefore, I drew bulging veins (supposedly green) to indicate that.
8) Electric chip above his heart added to indicate that hiss heart is cybernetically modified to power that minigun.
9) Ripped T-shirt removed. I tried to keep it, but it just didn't look good with the chip.
10) Hand claws replaced with 5 fingers with long, sharp nails. Patriarch is a scientist. He needs all 5 fingers.
11) Minigun cable removed. Supposedly, all the energy comes from the heart-power block through the arm directly.
12) Shoulder spikes, belt, different trouser length, more muscular mass – just aesthetic improvements.
