Five Nights at Freddy's 3 Animatronics Movements/Patterns

This guide is how to evade the dark figures that want you dead in the third installment in the Five Nights at Freddy's series, FNaF 3!

Intro

This guide is about characters and how they jumpscare you, but most importainly, how to avoid them.

SpringTrap

Springtrap

This horrible mixture of guts and robot is a really smart animatronic and it wont be easy making him leave you alone. So you want to make him top priority. Putting Springtrap in a camera really far away from you will make him come at you quicker. So try putting him in a room close, but not too close. Also, seal the vent of the room he's in so there aren't any.....surprises..... When he stands at the office window staring at you, open up the camera and play the BB audio in cam 2, this will most likely lure him away but for good measure play it more than once. From there he can be lead to cam 5 and so forth.
When Springtrap is peeking at you from the door go ahead and take the chance of checking the camera and playing the audio, sometimes he will let you live. But if it's 5 a.m. then just wait it out. You will hear him in the vents from a banging noise. When this is heard, seal.

Phantom Animatronics

Phantom Freddy

He, like the other phantom animatronics, will not appear on the camera but will attack you head on.
When he comes to attack you he will first creepily limp past your office window. If you look at him, eventually he will duck down and then proceed to jumpscare you, cutting off your ventilation.
To avoid this creepy bear, you need to look at either the camera or the system menu screen. Doing this will make it so Freddy wont attack you. Freddy dosen't like being ignored.

Phantom Chica

She will jumpscare you if you look at Cam 7. On this camera there is a chance that the screen will be really white and appear with a distorted Chica face. If you see this, then when you pull down your camera, Chica will jumpscare, cutting off your ventilation. Avoid this camera completely and Chica will never jumpscare you. But if you do happen to see this, if you can flip away really quickly, you may not be jumpscared.

Phantom Foxy

Foxy will jumpscare you if you use the cameras too much......wait.....too much.......BUT FOXY IN FNAF 1 KILL YOU IF U CHECK HIM TO LITTLE!!!! -cough cough- But all fanboy rage aside, this isn't about Foxy's cam or FNaF 1. If you check the cameras, at all, too much, Foxy will jumpscare you, cutting off your ventilation. In later nights Foxy may jumpscare you at the beginning for no reason. You can avoid him (in later nights or just when checking too much) by slowly turning your head in the office instead of quickly and if you see him, keep flipping the cameras up.

Misc. Phantom Animatronics

Phantom BB

Sometimes while flipping around in the cameras, BB will stare into the camera and then pull it down and jumpscare you cutting off ventilation. If you see BB then all you have to do is flip to another camera, fast. He appears the most around cameras 9 and 10.

Phantom Puppet

The Puppet will act almost exactly like BB. But the Puppet will hang near the back of the camera's sight, in cam 8. If you look at him for too long, he will pull your camera down and follow wherever you look. If this happens, just stay still and he'll leave. But if you see him in the camera, like BB, just flip away.

Phantom Mangle

In cam 4 (the one with the big Foxy head) sometimes Mangle will be there and if you see Mangle, then your camera will be pulled down and Mangle will be watching. Mangle will screw up your audio.To rid of Mangle, just reset the audio and it will leave. When you see Mangle on the screen, quickly flip away.

um.....

1. Springtrap doesn't move faster in farther away rooms.
2. Ph. Foxy appears mostly at random.
3. Ph. BB is random.
4. Ph. Puppet wont go away if you just stand still. He follows your view for about 13 seconds, blocking use of the maintenance panel and the monitor.
5. Mangle doesn't leave once you reset the audio, it leaves after about 8 seconds.
