Method used:
I try to keep him at cam 10 or cam 7 with the vents there closed, cam 7 and 6 are probably your safest bet. I usually alternate between audio and camera repairs, try not to get any jumpscares, just one can end the run. When he's at cam 2-4, I just keep the cam 2 vent closed and stay on cam 2 until he's back at cam 5 (don't worry about video feed anymore here), then lead him back to cam 6. If he gets to the side of the office, there's a few more tricks that can delay him for 3 hours or more, either sending him to cam 1, staring him down or flicking the cameras on and off fast if he's inside the office.

As far as I know, nobody else or not many have done this yet without using other cheats from the Extras menu, e.g. Radar, Fast Nights or No Errors. (turns out I was around 4th person at the time, although I've beaten it several times in under 20 minutes an attempt)

Walkthrough basics (Dragondave17):
Learn Springtraps location on each cam, he has at least one per camera, sometimes two, so you know what to look out for.
Always keep one vent closed, either the middle vent at cam 5 (recommended, as he can crawl though it very fast), or the one closest to Springtrap. You could also close the left vent or far right vent and try to keep him in that area, then close the middle one if he manages to get away to cam 5.
You get two audio beeps per repair, use them to keep Springtrap away from cam 2 as much as possible, as beeping him just as he moves usually results in game loss. I would alternate between audio and camera repairs after every audio beep just in case, to make sure they don't go down at a bad time, but be very careful if springtrap hasn't moved and is near a vent entrance, always try to do repairs when he's in a room with no vents (or a closed vent).
If Springtrap is by your door, you can gain a little time drawing him to cam 1 but only if you are fast enough otherwise he will attack you as soon as you look right. You can also gain a little time by staring him out until the ventilation goes down, it has to be around half-way through 5am though to make it to 6am like this.
Try repairing the ventilation system every so often to prevent hallucinations in the first place. This is untested, but it might work.

Notes to add later: Centre vent doesn't kill you. It drops him in front of office where you can move him to camera 2. Left vents can be delayed indefinitely at camera 1. If he gets inside the office, you can stay alive by swinging left and right and flipping the cam open for half a second but never longer nor check the power menu. Chica, Foxy, BB, Marionette, Freddy hallucinations can all be avoided, and if you get a hallucination attack, at least BB's, then Springtrap can move several rooms at once (teleport). Springtrap seems able to double move sometimes (into a room then adjoining cam, I notice it most from room 10 when he goes from 10 to 9s vent in a single move seemingly), and he can also go from cam 3 to the office window in 1 move. Knowing all of this in combination with everything else makes it relatively easier to beat Nightmare mode. The second Springtrap that appears on cameras sometimes on Nightmare mode could be a hallucination as well, there's only one real Springtrap but it's hard to tell which is which. however if you see him around the office, that is always the real Springtrap, I think.

After you get jumpscared by a phantom, Springtrap will teleport several rooms (sometimes kiling you, and always instant death if he's on the left of the office), as well as typically the vents going down. A red light will flash and this means that the Springtrap where you expect him to be is typically a hallucination and he's actually somewhere else, when it stops flashing there will only be one Springtrap again.

Ricky447's strategy:
This strategy is what I used to beat Night 6, it's very consistent. It gets 3-5 consistently and takes few tries to beat it (After I figured it out it took me abut 2 tries) The strategy involves rebooting the vents a lot. Start of by closing vent 15 and switching to cam 14. Toggle between cam 2 and 14 the entire night. Every 2 (3 may be pushing it) camera checks restart vents (unless you have another error) and make sure Springtrap isn't in the room. If hes in the window play audio in cam 2 *ONLY PLAY AUDIO IF SPRINGTRAP IS IN THE OFFICE* if he's in the doorway play in cam 1, but be warned he will come back quickly so your goal is to be quick enough to catch him in the window. Again make sure to reset vents to prevent hallucinations. As far as hallucinations go: Phantom Freddy can be avoided be simply pulling up a moniter before he crosses into your office. Getting jumpscared by him pretty much summons Springtrap. Phantom BB is easily avoidable by just not checking cam 1. Phantom Foxy shouldn't be an issue at all if you reset your vents properly BUT if you do see him (He stands in the center of the room) Make sure you don't continue to look at the door, look back and open the camera it will make him leave. Phantom Chica/ Marionette are both triggered by cameras so once again if you follow my strategy they shouldn't be an issue. I made sure to reset the vents A LOT and Phantom Freddy only appeared 2-3 times the entire run.

How to beat every night including Nightmare with Aggressive, 100% of the time while AFK:
You need the cheat menu enabled. Enable No errors. Then just sit in the office without opening the power menu or cameras. You hopefully won't receive hallucinations since the ventilation will never go down and when Springtrap finally arrives by the window or the door you'll be able to stare him out until 6am.

The default ending for beating Night 5 of Five Nights at Freddy's 3 is the "bad ending" otherwise tittled "bad end" which results in the children's souls being trapped in the puppets even after the destruction of the purple stranger.

The "good ending" otherwise titled "the end" has the same result except that the children's souls are freed and it comes after receiving a cutscene in Marionette's minigame where the masks of the animatronics (Freddy, Chica, Foxy, Bonnie, Golden Freddy and the Marionette too), fall to the ground and the balloons animate in the air.

You get the good ending by solving the minigames in the correct order and on the correct night. Every minigame except the Marionettes has a secret area that you must visit.
The correct order and explanation is:

1. The secret part of Balloon Boy's Minigame on Night 1 or Night 2.
You need to jump out of the left third platform and clip through the left wall, fall to the ground, then go right, jump inside the new box and collect the multi-colored balloon. This adds permanent platforms to rest of the minigames necessary for solving them correctly.

2. The secret part of Mangle's Minigame on Night 2.
You need to get the cake, which is used to free the souls of the lost children. You only to need to collect it once for all four children. To get to the cake, avoid the boy and clip through the wall on the platform above the exit, then fall down and go left. If you have BB's secret balloon, there should be platforms, follow them up and left to reach the cake.
How to get Minigame: click the buttons on the left arcade machine in cam 7 in this order: Top left, bottom left, top right, bottom right - Night 2 only

3. The secret of part of Balloon Boy's Minigame using the new platforms to go right and give the cake to the first crying child on Night 2-5 after doing Mangle's Minigame.
You will know if it is done correctly because a cake will appear and the child's eyes will widen (they will be gone in future visits to the minigame on that run).

4. The secret part of Chica's Minigame on Night 3.
Ignore the cupcakes and kids and go down to the bottom room with two kids, stand on the top platform and then clip through the upper left, to jump down a screen off to the left.
Land on the platforms leading to the crying child, jump up them and they'll be given cake too. You will know if it is done correctly because a cake will appear and the child's eyes will widen (they will be gone in future visits to the minigame on that run).
How to get Minigame: click on the barely hidden cupcakes in cameras 2,3,4 and 6 - Night 3 only

5. The secret part of Golden Freddy's Minigame on Night 4.
Clip Left, Down, Down(reaching bottom), Right, Right, Up and Left, Up, Up, Up(reaching top), then Right and clip through the wall to give the cake to the next crying child.
You will know if it is done correctly because a cake will appear and the child's eyes will widen (they will be gone in future visits to the minigame on that run).
How to get Minigame: Click on the 3x3 tiles left of the desk in between the waste basket and the toy box in this order (as if it were a phone, not a keypad): 395248 - Night 4 only

6. The secret part of Shadow Bonnie's Minigame on Night 5
Clip left through the wall spamming Bonnie's phase shift (S key) and give the cake to the last child outside the wall in the purple zone. You will know if it is done correctly because a cake will appear and the child's eyes will widen (they will be gone in future visits to the minigame on that run).
How to get Minigame: Click on the Shadow Bonnie plushie on the far right of the desk, it's right of the cupcake, you can only see the outline - Night 5 only

7. Start the Marionette's Minigame on Night 5 after freeing all 4 children from the other Minigames in the same run. You'll get a cutscene and after this cutscene, any time you beat Night 5 without starting over, you should get the good ending just by finishing the final cutscene.
How to get Minigame: Click on the Marionette's face on the poster in cam 3.

Question: Does it matter if you die?
Answer: No, progress resets only if you start a new game (or complete Night 2-4 without rescuing that night's specific child)
Edit: It might matter on Night 5, in that case, just redo the Marionette's minigame.

Question: Do you have to do this/do that in a minigame?
Answer: You only have to get BB's multi-colored balloon to enable the platforms and then visit the gray kid in each minigame, you don't have to play any of the minigames normally, like collecting cupcakes or parts, with the possible exception of collecting BB's red balloons.

Question: How come I can repeat the Marionette's minigame after saving the kids?
Answer: As far as I know, it's always repeatable. Also replaying Night 5 after getting the Good Ending, you can just redo Night 5 to get it again, not sure if you have to revisit the Marionette or not, possibly.

Question: Can you possibly be killed during/immediately after playing the minigames?
Answer: No, you don't count as being in the main game while playing and the night you were on will restart immediately after.
