Health Rune Locations

There are five Runes of Health to be found in Rune Classic. Each of them increases Ragnar's health bar by one segment, effectively doubling your starting health if you found all of them. Most of the runes are quite easy to find, some are missable though.

First Rune

The first rune is found in Level 8 - Vargeisa: Fires of Hel. Right at the start of the level you can already see it on a platform suspended over the lava. Use the chains hanging from the ceiling to get over there.

Second Rune

This one is found in Level 14 - The Gates of Thorstadt: Hlora's Pass . Shortly after reaching the surface you'll see a small chasm with rocks constantly falling down. On the other side there are several lizards in plain sight. There is also a rune of health there. Despite the chasm looking like it can't be crossed without getting hit it is possible. It might take a few tries though.

Third Rune

This one can be found in Level 18 - Skeggjold Meeting Hall. Shortly after you climb over the rubble up to the first floor you come across a dark room with a stone pillar. The rune is on top of that pillar. During the fight with the enemies in the room the pillar will sink into the ground granting you access to the rune.

Fourth Rune

This rune is also easy to find. It is at the very end of Level 20 - Loki Temple At Thorstadt. After you obtain Sigurd's Axe and make it back outside you can see it right in front of you.

Fifth Rune

The last rune is in Level 31 - The Tricksters Chamber. It's in the room with four trap doors in the floor. The rune is in the small hallway to the left that leads back to the giant door. Going into this room is not required so make sure you visit it before continuing further.

there are 6 with the missing levels mod and 1.11, not sure if there is without the mod. Found the 6th in Tricksters Chamber but it doesn't let you pick it up if you already have 5

Someone seems to have found all of both sets of runes in one run.

Edit: I take it back, this clip doesn't seem to show the health rune in Hel, so maybe either there's 6 runes or the versions are different with different locations in each. Maybe one of you missed one.
