How to unlock the best Audio Tapes

In this easy to follow guide, I will show you how to easily unlock (not really) a series of audio diaries that show the origins of Big bossu and Miller, (tottally not liquid) meeting up in more detail complete with music.

Pre launch Set-Up

Before launching the game, go to your Steam libary, find Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeros in your list and have it installed. Right click, and from the list of options click on properties (bottom of the list).

Click on the Language tab on the top of the window, and switch it to Japanese.



You should be aware of a few things before you do this.

• This will download an update to your game
  
• It will create a new save file but IT WILL NOT overwrite your other save file, just create a new file. think of it as a new save file for the Japanese version of the game.
  
• To revert back, simply go back to properties, and switch back to english and let the game update again.
  
• You can still have English text and Japanese voice overs with this method throughout the whole game! It was really nice of Konami to put both versions into the steam release.

Launch the Game!

When the update is finished, launch the Game. After the logo's you will have two options to chose from for the language of the TEXT only for the whole game, including subtitles. Chose the bottom option for english.

In the main menu, go to cassete tapes, and go to the MGS: Peace Walker section, and you will notice a new set of tapes.



Grab a cup of Coffee, a Phantom Cigar and enjoy! Hope this helped someone that didnt know about this.

This was an audio drama from PEACE WALKER. It was never performed in English, which is why it's only in the Japanese version. Thanks!

These tapes are only available in the Japanese versions of ground zeros, so no. That is why you have to switch you're language :)

NIce one :)...One thing I didn't get though...If I do the whole thing....and get the tapes...if I then go to properties again and change back to english (you say the game will update again)...will I lose the tapes??
