Introduction
Recently I made Selvaria Bles build for Payday 2, based on the character of the same name in Vlakyria Chronicles. So now I tought "Hey, let's make other builds based on characters from other games/anime!". So yes, the fruit of my and a few bottles of beer love is this build, based on Konata Izumi from Lucky Star. Since that girl plays a lot of MMOs and is one of the most intelligent characters in the anime (and being the overall mastermind in Lucky Star) I made her a Mastermind-Technician build. I hope you'll enjoy it!
Basic information
This build is focused on supporting all the crew members while doing your job. What do I mean by that? Well, this isn't a berserker build like my previous one - Selvaria. This character's job is to stay back a bit and take care of drills/blast doors/control civilians/anything in the back, you name it. Being Jack of all Trades, this character has both trip mines and sentries, so she can effectively stand her ground while being swarmed by endless amounts of cops (or at least as long as she has ammo). Okay, let's see the trees, shall we?
Skills: Mastermind tree
"God ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dammit, man! What the hell did you do in here?!"
Well, let me tell you what I did. Things. That build is really, really, I MEAN REALLY slow. Thus aced Endurance so you can at least TRY sprinting. Cable guy is useful as well, the more civees the better, right? Moving on, aced Leadership - just to help your guys keep the guns in their hands. And yourself as well, since you're not the kind of front-lines person. Aced Dominator and Joker - I found these things useful during Bank Heist. And really, any other heist where enemies can get close. Getting a friend by means of Stockholm Syndrome is always useful. Aced Equilibrium because of your sidearm, which I will discuss at the end of this guide. Aced Control Freak because Konata is the kind of person who mighthave contacts, even if it is only in the MMO world. Plus, that way you help the team more than just with drills and shaped charges. I'll get to that part later. Spotter - aced because some folks might want to go in stealthy. And it's purely to spend the smallest amount of points in order to unlock Inspire, to be honest. Basic Stockholm Syndrome in case you get down while trying to rescue your precious civs. Saved my ass. And the big thing - aced Inspire. You can stay a little bit back, but you can always rush to help your teammate, is that right? Oh, while we're at it - let's not forget about Painkillers. Basic, your teammates don't really need more when you try and get them up. Let's move on to our second tree - Technician.
Skills: Technician tree
This is where your main role in team begins. Basic Demolition Man in order to have this one more trip mine. And going up, aced Nerves of Steel (aced purely to get higher-tier skills, you can try acing Demolition Man if you don't like that way). Drill Sergeant and Hardware Expert, both aced. You're the main drill guy. And the sooner you open the damn safe the sooner you can get out of that overrun place. Aced Sentry Gun so it won't get destroyed quickly. Sentry Targeting Package aced as well, adds ammo. Sentry Combat Upgrade only basic, since I needed more skill points in Mastermind tree anyway. And Sentry Tower Defense aced - what's the point of shield if you can't damage the target? I've always been a sympathizer of "Kill it before it kills you" philosophy. Moving on to the left - aced Jack of All Trades. That's why I've been spending points in that specific way - so you both have OP sentries and boo hoo - Aced Shaped Charge. Blowing up doors and setting up sentries. There's no stopping you now. That's pretty much everything to this build, since i spend all the skill points at this time.
Heisting gear
The gear to take with you for heists is a bit tricky.
Perk Deck - Crew Chief. If you can't be on the front lines, then support your buddies in some way.
Primary - that has been a problematic choice at first, but I went with JP36 with following mods: Competitor's Compensator, Auto Fire, Polizei Special Foregrip, some kind of laser of your choice, Holographic Sight and Sniper Stock. Main reason behind choosing this gun was good damage-to-ammo ratio (at least IMHO). If you plan on stealthing something though - CAR-4 with following mods: Stealth Barrel, Auto Fire, Competition Foregrip, Compact Laser Module, Rubber Grip, Vintage Mag and Folding Stock. However, instead of Stealth barrel you can also use short barrel with low profile suppressor, but it will drastically lower the damage dealt.
Secondary - in both loud and stealth your sidearm doesn't change. Chimano Custom with folowing mods: Flash Hider, Micro Laser, Ergo Grip, Extended Mag, Red Dot Sight and Long Slide.
That's all about gear.
Personal impressions
Despite this buidl looking ridiculous, it worked out pretty well during Firestarter Day 1 (praise turrets and shaped charges), Day 2 (praise shaped charges and turrets) and Day 3 (praise same thing again). With turrets covering the vital spots and ability to refill them you are safe as long as you can refill them. I didn't have the chance to use Inspire yet, so I might change that myself and update this build at a later date to exclude it. Apart from that, it worked out pretty well (and nobody complained about how I play with it).
Ending
That's it for this character build. I hope you enjoy playing/screwing around with it as much as I enjoyed making that guide, no matter how much it would suck. So yeah, have fun and keep those helmets flying!

:(

You lost me at tech tree, but the idea is good. Overkill really needs to buff that **** (More than they did at any rate). The investment for turrets is just so disproportional and all they do is eat your ammo (and sometimes mess with enemy pathing >:) ).
