Fixed Potion Weight

Description
I didn't like the weight of the different potions in the game, and I also wasn't very fond of the mod that made all potions to 0.1 weight. So to make it a bit more realistic gameplay, I changed them to different weights, reaching from the smallest of potions (0.1), to the biggest of them (0.5).

It should work with every mod out there, besides the one I have mentioned, they may collide. So choose wisely!

Never made sense to me either how a bottle of Frostbite Venom weighed the same as a Potion of Extreme Healing, which is at least 6 times as big.
