Easy way to get Harvest King and Mass Production Achievements
By PRAY RANGED
Here I will explain the way I got the Harvest King and Mass Production Achievements with what I believe to be the easiest method.

Setup
First and foremost, I would create a new game or use a previously made game on Westbridge Hills. I choose this map because it is home to the biggest fields without as many hills as Bjornholm. Field #9 in particular is enormous, at 20.13 ha, and is a perfect square which makes it much easier to work on.

The vehicles used are entirely dependent on the money you have at hand.

If you have a couple million to spend, I would advise by getting the largest harvesters you can, the CR10.90 as it holds 14,500 liters. I would get 2-3 at least initially.

The harvesters are more important than the sowers because the sowers will move faster with hired workers than the combines will. This means that cheaper, smaller sowers will be able to keep up with the larger, more expensive harvesters. Because of this, you can get away with any sower you find especially effective, but it is highly recommended that the sower has a built-in cultivator because this way you skip a step and save money by not having to buy more tractors for more parts.

Lastly, you will need a truck and trailer to pull all your harvested crop. I recommend the TGS 18.440, as it is the only Truck in an unmodded game and works very well (especially after the recent speed increase update). The trailer I would use is the largest one you may buy, the SB 30/60 tipper, as it will save you trips in the long run.
Mass Production
"The total area sown by you exceeds 100 hectares."

This achievement should be ideally earned before Harvest King, as you must sow before you harvest, right?

The way I found was easiest to do this was to sow with canola, and start 2 seeders on either end of field #9 on Westbridge Hills. I also set the crop speed to grow very fast, and the time on 120x since I wasn't worried about my money. The tractors I used were the T8.320. If you're worried that your running costs will cause you to lose a lot of money by running the game at such a high speed, don't worry you can slow down and apply the 120x at the end of the seeding process. It will take longer this way, but it's an option.

As you earn more and more money, it's ideal to add sowers to adjacent fields that you buy near field #9. If you add more to #9 itself it may get too crowded, so it's best to buy another field, say field #8 or #12 and put a sower or two at those spots.

Again, buy a sower that will also cultivate it saves a ton of time.
Harvest King
"You have harvested more than 100 hectares."

Now that you have sowed your fields, you can get set on harvesting. Start running the combines up each side of your fields, and get your trucks and tippers waiting on the outskirts to collect once they are filled.

Once you start running the combines, don't forget to run the sowers after 2/3 passes have been made! This will mean your fields are being harvested and sown at the same time, and this makes the process move much faster! Especially if you're growing fast crops at 120x speed, the process is incredibly fast.

Remember, use canola. Why did I choose this? Well it takes up less space with more area harvested. You can manage to fill up the combine on field #9 with 2 passes if you're growing wheat, barley, or corn, but if you're growing canola you get at least 5 passes before the tipper fills. This means you have to work only half as hard emptying them!
While you Wait
No doubt this process, while very effective, still takes a while to finish. While you are running your tippers, be sure to dump them immediately at the Warehouse which is directly adjacent to field #9. Running the product back to your farm only wastes time, this guide is about being efficient!

Also, don't forget to sow and seed at the same time. That field should always be worked!

As you make more and more money, buy more and more equipment, and more fields! The more harvesters you have out there, the faster this process will be. You will be done in no time!

Enjoy!

if you use the time fast forward mod you could have the seeder followed by the harvester and you could probably have them go much faster

I believe it should count, yes. It doesn't matter who assigns the worker, as long as the field is being plowed!

Good luck!

@Angixxxx, I did not test it online, but the first roughly 30 hours I played this game I did it online and I don't remember getting any achievements for it. That's because I was playing on a friend's map though so if you have people playing on your maps it might be different.

@CrouchingTiger, As stated in the guide you can certainly any field you would like! Field #9 is the best to buy initially for these achievements because it is square and the biggest in the game, which makes sowing and harvesting a breeze. Once you start to get more money and have no need to additional equipment, I suggest buying more adjacent fields to help speed the process up!
