Yes, fill the rubber glove with O2 in the generators room, put into to the inventory, after you can use under the water.
But how can you solved it in so little time? Fantastic.

@SenorGrande I never used the glove with oxygen. I guess you would do that up the ladder? Might have to check on that.

Thanks, helped a lot! I was an idiot, forget to use a glove with oxygen, so my problem was the time. I did not understand, how can i find the solution... Otherwise, I meant under the "scroll" word as the "structure" rotating, I did not associate with mouse wheel... Thanks again the guide update!

Okay, I'd make a video of it but that wouldn't necessarily help. I'll try and combine a bunch of screenshots of the symbol needed. I made a list of axes in the guide if that helps, but I didn't mention clockwise/counter clockwise.
