A comprehensive Oppressor mk1 guide
By ✠ ᛋᛋsniperwolf
I am making this guide to share with you how to control Oppressor mk1 and perform some stunts with it. Since i have a lot of hours of aimlessly flying it around the map and listening to music i was willing to make such guide and i hope someone find it useful. I think Oppressor mk1 is the most fun and entertaining vehicle in this game. The gifs are so crappy because Steam wont let me upload a gif larger than 2 mb.

Oppressor mk1
It is basically a bike with wings and a booster that can glide. When the wings are hidden it behaves like a normal bike and when they are extracted it aquires gliding physics. You need to charge its booster by touching the ground with both wheels at least for a moment. You can perform some stunts by combining its 2 modes.
Spawning
The most convenient thing about it is that you can spawn it from your MC without any cooldown

You can also save your beloved Oppressor from drowning with MC menu by spawning it again

Gliding
To travel across the map faster use glide. Ascend for a bit with extracted wings, then hide the wings and in the same second activate boost and pull the bike until you are upside down and keep this position. It is useful for crossing the Alamo sea for example. Glide can also be done instantly if you are standing and you have enough space ahead. Simply hide the wings, activate the booster and hold ctrl to pull Oppressor until you are upside down.

Wall ride
You can ride upwards on the skyscrapers. Lean on it and keep pressing shift so the bike will charge from the wall, keep the balance and boost yourself. It is not really useful but fun.

Wall charge
To wall charge your Oppressor you need a relatively flat wall. approach it with decent speed then a few moments before touching it start flipping the bike so the weels would touch the wall. You can also do a barrel roll after if the speed is enough

Backflip
The same as doing glide, but now you need to pull oppressor almost upside down, but not too much because then you will smash on the ground. Take the right moment and press boost.

Instant backflip to the opposite direction
Find some small object to make a little jump off it. Then hold ctrl, drive onto it like you would do with an average bike, wait for Oppressor to flip over and activate the booster. You will be flying upside down to the opposite direction. Then you can extract the wings to flip over or fly upside down with more velocity. I guess with more practice you will find more precise moment for each direction you want to boost yourself to. Or you can simply boost yourself up the same way if you need so.

Frontflip
While in the air, hide the wings and hold shift to pull the Oppressor forward, then activate booster at the right moment to fly parallel the ground.

Flying upside down
You can fly upside down. While flying with extracted wings start turning left or right and press ctrl to pitch up a bit, then turn to opposite direction and you will flip yourself upside down. You can also save boost charge, hide the wings and use it, then extract the wings and proceed flying, all this while upside down. Oppressor will be trying to flip itself over so you need to control this position by pressing A and D, but opposite of usual. You will flip over eventually when you lose speed

Backflip after gliding
It is just a little thing i do sometimes after a glide for fun. After you done gliding and still have decent speed, make yourself halfway upside down, and start turning and extracting wings simultaneously. You will do a little flip.

Mid-air turn
It helps you to move faster. Instead of straight turning, while in the air start leaning to the opposite direction of your destination, when caught the moment when Oppressor is aligned to your destination, hide the wings and perform a backflip

Drifting
If your rear wheel is busted Oppressor starts drifting which is pretty funny

Landing on Kosatka
It is not as hard as it seems, the easiest way is to hit the fence on top of Kosatka. But if your speed is low enough you can try aiming between the fences and land it along Kosatka yourself, which i still cant do properly. Dont forget to use glide if your Kosatka is too far away.

Dodging rockets and getting behind your enemy
If you have rockets fired at you, and Oppressor mk2 behind you for example, and if you are charged you can simply perform a backflip thus dodging the rockets and getting behind your enemy and getting him locked on. I dont have anyone to show it on.

Firing rockets behind you
And my favorite, you can fire rockets behind you while gliding. It can actually be useful sometimes, but you should keep in mind that theres a chance of exploding yourself while doing so.

Finding spots around the map and having fun

With all highly mentioned you can now practice your skill and find palces around the map to do some stunts. There are many holes or bridges and such to have fun with Oppressor. My personal favorite is the LS sewers i like to fly along it dodging the bridges and making backflips and stuff. Because thats why we are playing this game arent we? To have fun. Actually i can say only for myself. If there are real people beyond this room where i'm now writing it, and all of this isnt just an illusion to convince me that i have a normal life and there is nothing to worry about, then i hope someone will find this guide useful.
