Enter the museum once the countdown is 0. (Ending)
There should be more anomalies than the countdown, meaning you don't need to find all to get this achievement.

Think I just had the same issue. If you hold RMB like entering a building, it should still let you through even though there's not really a "prompt" or indication

I don't think there are such achievements though? Like you can go back into houses after decorating them, if that is what you are concerned about?

Would it be possible for you to make a section just for limited/time-gated achievements? I'd love to play through this blind but I don't want to miss any achievements that aren't available after xyz. If not, that's okay!

Did you finish the alchemy shop quest yet? You need that. Also another comment had mentioned that you might need to receive a letter after said quest first, but I am not sure about that one.
