All Endings and Achievements Guide (100%)

A text guide for every ending and achievement, for those who don't want to spend their precious death tokens on the walkthroughs to save them for art or bios! Bolded choices are required, regular text is just the choices I made. There may be more than one way to earn these endings, so I recommend to play around yourself to see all the dialogue branches! The creator put lots of hard work into making tons of cool route options. This is just meant to be a little nudge if you are stuck.

Overview

Once again, regular text is my choices (if you choose to branch off, just try to stay alive!) and bold choices are required for the ending. My choices will help you see as much dialogue as possible and avoid seeing the same thing over and over!

One last thing just for fun! When starting, make your name "Ren", "Strade", or "Lawrence" for some extra dialogue from Strade/Ren! No achievements, just a little easter egg :)

*Keep a consistent personality (resistant, scared, flirty, humorous, serious, etc.), but don't make him love you too much. I think this ending has the most branches to get there. It's basically the, "you're not that special" ending. In my path, I stayed consistent to the "scared animal" personality.

Collect your first death. If doing this guide in order, you should have gotten it after the first ending. No explanation needed!

Stab Strade in the neck.

If using my route, you should've gotten this during the "An eye for an eye" path.

After restraining Strade, if your sanity is low, the "Torture him" option should be available. If using my path, you should've gotten this during the "You were torn to shreds" path.

Achieved when you get the "He gave you a new hole" ending.

Achieved when you unlock every ending. Sometimes it bugs and takes a while to pop, just keep playing and you will eventually get it :)

Blue dream

Once you have unlocked all endings, there is a random chance for you to get this dream during the first night. You will probably get it while trying for other achievements, but if you still haven't, you can make a save before the dream sequence and keep reloading until you do.

Ibuprofen for breakfast

Take more pills.

When you see Ren in the top left, stay quiet. Stay alive until you meet him and say:

Then click on the drain and take more painkillers.

Tired finger

During any quick time event, keep clicking to keep the bar up but not all the way full for 60 seconds. If this is too hard, you can change the setting in "preferences" to make the struggle events easy.
