A couple of ways to earn infinite rerolls on D6.

These tips based on abusing Sharp Plug mechanics.

1) At the time I'm writing this combination Sharp Plug + D6 + Scapular works as a charm. When you down to the scapular proc and have half of red heard + soul hart D6 can be charged infinitely. Leave the room to get the Scapular aura, charge D6, come back to the item pedestal, reroll it and repeat.

2) Sharp Plug + Pyromaniac + D6 + anything that explodes. Hurt yourself with explosions (Pyromaniac will heal you for 1 heart each time this way) Charge D6 with Sharp Plug. Reroll item and repeat.

3) D6 + Sun Card + Sharp Plug + Blank Card. In this case you need at least two item pedestals, one of them should be spacebar item, so you can use that pedestal to swap between D6 and Blank Card. Mimic Sun Card with Blank Card to heal, charge Blank Card, take D6, go to the other item pedestal, reroll it and repeat.
