Moist Nugget AND OBREZ (Mosin Nagant and Sawn-off Nagant)

Adds a rifle and pistol to the game, the Mosin Nagant and the sawn off 'Obrez' version.

The weapons are available for all classes save for the Stealth and the full Mosin Nagant for the Shield: He may still use the Obrez version.

The differences between the guns is that the Obrez is much faster to draw upon, is much more mobile to use and has a faster fire rate, while the full Nugget has superior accuracy. It is a gamble to use the Obrez at longer than medium ranges.
