Now, your dragonborn is born to fight Alduin, but since you are not, The door to the tiny dungeon is in the area you capture Ohdahviin. WARNING, The Drauger at the end is LETHAL AS HELL. He has Alduin's shouts, and MASSIVE spells. He is also lvl 100, so either you are OP yourself, have Mod Armors, or use console commands. Win- Get lots of gold and epic armor. Lose- Get thrown of the platform.

Also, in the second area, there is a platforming section. If it decides to not appear, there is nothing that can be done. No-clip.
