Libra Trade Offers Effects list

Before facing Libra, you'll come across the Scale-bearing Merchant. This mysterious figure offers a selection of randomized buffs—each accompanied by a drawback. You can choose to accept one of these deals or turn them down entirely. Regardless of your choice, the merchant will eventually reveal their true form as Libra. Below are some examples of the possible offers you might receive:

List of trade offers

• I want more runes - Grants Nightfarers the Symbol of Avarice Talisman, which lets them gain more runes and increases item discovery, but lose HP.
  
• I wish to have great strength - Raises Strength in exchange for all other stats
  
• I wish to have great dexterity - Raises Dexterity in exchange for all other stats
  
• I wish to expand my intellect - Raises Intelligence in exchange for all other stats
  
• I wish to have deep faith - Raises Faith in exchange for all other stats
  
• I wish to be in touch with the arcane - Raises Arcane in exchange for all other stats
  
• I want resistance to ailments - Raises all resistances by 150, but loses 10% stamina
  
• I want to hold death at bay - When your HP drops to 20% or lower, immediately heal back to 100% HP, once per battle. Lose 20% of your max HP.
  
• I wish for more agility - Gain Stamina in exchange for HP and FP
  
• I want to gain many levels - Gain 3 levels but lose one every time you drink from your flask
  
• I desire a flask - Adds a flask charge, but you lose 10% max HP
  
• I desire a powerful weapon - lose 2 levels but get a random purple rarity weapon
  
• I want to gain many levels - Grants levels but loses a flask for every level gained
  
• I wish for eventual greatness - Lose 30% of your HP, FP, and stamina temporarily (for two minutes). Afterward, gain 20% HP, FP, and stamina permanently.
  
• I want the power of a demon - Grants an eye that shoots enemies with frenzy, which builds up Madness when used
  
• I wish to fight at full strength - Grants the player +25% HP and +10% damage for 60 seconds. However, Libra gains +10% damage negation for 100 seconds and starts the battle with his buff active.
  
• I refuse to make a deal - No rewards or penalties

still haven't found anything for improved physique. it doesn't change attributes or stamina/hp so my best bet is poise. fits with the word.

what does improved physique do? is it the same as eventual greatness? It's a deal you can take after paying off runes during the libra invasion event.

If you pick eventual greatness during your run, the nerf and subsequent buff disappear if you get downed before the night ends.

@Jukujomommasboy "I want the power of a demon" is a great choice, as well as "I want more runes" (if it's 1 or 2 days).
I pick "I wish for eventual greatness" sometimes, but not during the boss fight
