2025 Fix STARTUP/FPS GAMEPLAY PROTOTYPE 2

This is for the community when they bought the game and don't know when they actually play it and it doesn't work and it crashes on the menu/startup screen so this is the guide on how to fix it.

STEP 1

When you boot up the game and then click enter or menu the moment on the loading screen it either crash the game or it does not work, to fix that we must download the Prototype2Fix - CrashFix - FPSFix - FrameDouble fix, I provide the link below. Create an account ik it sucks but its 100% safe. Click the files and click the manual download it will give you options slow or fast neither of them matters but I choose slow.

STEP 2

1st tasks: Once you finish dl the file, open the file and get ready to extract it(u have to do split screen or minisize tab if you want), then go to ur steam library and find ur PROTOTYPE 2 game and then click the settings


2nd tasks:Click the browse the local files.


3rd tasks: It will take you here


4th tasks: Extract it(On the picture I extracted it on left side of tabs incase you guys get confused). It will said replace something then click replace it so that u can run the game smoothly.

STEP 3

Notes:

For some of you idk it will work on all other devices but for me it run smoothly with no lag or what so. Oh, always ON your v-sync because it is require on the game once you fix it. Do not turn it off because it will bug out the game and will not continue your missions for some reasons. Here is the example video, credits to the owner for helping the community
