Honor Over Life Achievement/Keeper Tags Locations

Showing how to get all the keeper tags for the Honor Over Life achievement

General Notes

A couple things to know,

1 tag is completely missable and is not added to your inventory if you skip the prologue so you need to play it

You should try to turn all of them in at once, sometimes the quartermaster in the keep stops accepting them if you dont.

Credit to the devs who helped me find the one in the flooded mine I was missing.

Map

Locations/Details

1. Ninian (Island Asylum) strapped down in the laboratory, have to kill him
2. Pate (jumps off keep wall) find him on the walls of the keep and read the note for him and then tell him the truth and he'll jump to his death later.
3. Right by fingerless colm the bandit
4. By a boulder below the Kings Road bridge
5/6. Both are in the sunken village overworld buildings
7. In hut by redcaps
8. Right outside flooded mine
9. Inside Flooded Mine (underwater near the end, below little bridge that leads to the boss)
10. Left of the lighthouse entrance
11. In the ravine between the keep and the village
12. In the side tunnels in the ancient crypt (entrance across from where you meet the necromancer)
13. Camp near starting beach.

I already found the chicken twice for The Oracle's Cluck and got lost
I was getting a bit oppressed and trying to earn them all until I got 55 achievements from the 28 to 30 May

is there a way to give him the last one ? if he dont want keeper tag anymore, i have this bug and no back up save to give all at once

The dialogue isn't playing went I turn in pates tag gg it wont unlock the achievement

I had the same issue that the achievement didnt trigger...turned out i also missed one tag. This time i gave the captain first all the normal tags (completes the quest) and then i gave him Pates Tag and that gave me the achievement.

Try turning in the "Keeper's Tags" first then Pate's Tag last (This is assuming you've already turned in Ninian's). Seems to be quest completes at 11/13, so he won't accept anymore Keeper's Tags, but he'll take Pate's since it's named and his involves his own "mini quest".

it doesn't work i gave 11 tokens and the quest disappeared although i found 2 more later using this guide

Can confirm both quest and achievement being bugged.
Quest completed with one undeliverable tag still in my inventory.
Quest completion did not trigger Achievement.

ok i just test this found out why this bug turn in pate tag first then other tag u should get it
