So after going through the Left 4 Dead 2 workshop, I realized that there all of the battle rifle mods had garbage sound effects.
Well, never fear! I have sounds recorded straight from the PC version of Halo 2, using a mod that turns the good ol' BR semi automatic, just like the E3 2003 demo. the sounds are clear and crisp, and include incendiary sounds as well.

Could I get the file you used for the sound? I'm making my own mod for a different game and i'm having a hard time getting my hands on a clear soundbyte of a semi auto BR.

Yeah, these are the old ones. I used that video because it was a demonstration of the old and new effects.

Are the sounds the original halo 2 version or the version of the master chief collection (like in the video)? just asking cuz i'd like the old one more for that nostalgia :P
