Lion Statue Lock Code

Location: Main Hall
Combination, Code, or Solution: Lion, Leafy Branch, Bird
Second Run: Crown, Torch, Bird
Contents: Lion Emblem

Unicorn Statue Lock Code

Location: Lounge
Combination, Code, or Solution: Fish, Scorpion, Vase
Second Run: Two People, Scales, Uncoiled Snake
Contents: Unicorn Emblem

Maiden Statue Code

Location: West Storage Room
Combination, Code, or Solution: Woman, Bow, Snake (icons are obscured)
Second Run: Ram, Harp, Bird
Contents: Maiden Emblem

Safety Deposit Room

Location: Safety Deposit Room
Combination, Code, or Solution: On this control panel you can enter several codes, but you'll need the Spare Key 1 and Spare Key 2 to enter them all since the #2 and #3 button are missing.
Contents: Since it’s a blank key, you can use it for either missing piece, which means installing it will either get you: Shotgun Shells/Flame Rounds and Gunpowder (2 key), or a Combat Knife (3 key). Finding both can get you the Hip Pouch.

Location: Top of the Northwestern Stairs, 3F

Men's Locker Room Dial Lock

Location: Men's Locker Room
Combination, Code, or Solution: CAP - Found on whiteboard in room attached to Operations Room.
Contents: Leon: Shotgun Shells, Claire: Flame Rounds
