Introduction
A shocking amount of people don't seem to know this, but you can in fact hide a game from your rarest achievements showcase. The only downside is that it completely recalculates your Average Game Completion and Total Perfect Games, but it's honestly better to hide it then have Banana spammed in your showcase.

When viewing your profile, you will still see the Banana spam, so you will be able to tell when the achievements finally falls under 1% global achieved. If you log into a different account, or open your profile in a browser that isn't logged in, then Banana will be completely hidden, showing your achievement showcase as it would be without ever touching the game.

note: I have a few games hidden, your avg will drop unless you hide a game thats under the average as well.
Walkthrough
  • Go to your Steam Library.
  • Select the game you want to hide, in this case Banana.
  • Right-click on the game and select "Manage".
  • Check the "Mark as private" option.
This option hides the game from your public profile and your friends' view of your library. Only you can see that Banana fills your achievements showcase.

To unhide the game, the steps are identical.

You can also mark as private via your profiles games page. This is the method I use when on mobile.
  • Open your profile.
  • Click either games on the right of your page, or click perfect games in the showcase and it'll open the games tab with a filter.
  • Click the [...] button in top right of Banana, and mark as private.

If the game is no longer in your library page for whatever reason, just open the Banana store page, click Add to Library, complete the steps to hide the game, then remove from library again.
