Arizona Skill Books

The paper is old and yellow, but the writing is crisp and fresh. The burn mark from cigar ash and blotch of coffee are likewise very fresh - Sagarra might love his maps, but missives he hates. There's also a faint aroma of Snake Squeezins, did he write it with a hobo seer from Rail Nomads?

Sagarra sure loves notes: If Baum doesn't want to take you to her, ask the monk at Outpost 3 in the canyon about his prosthetics. Heard she did a particularly good job on him.

Demolitions

Dawn for The Midnight Bomber: Rail Nomads Camp, look inside the library car. It's on one of the shelves, you need Perception to spot it.

Field Medic

68W Advanced Individual Training Manual: Temple of Titan again, give the contact lenses[wasteland.gamepedia.com] you can find in a toaster in Highpool to Dr Baum.

Kiss Ass

The Richard Grieco Story: Recover Holliday's stolen supplies from the rail thieves at the Atchison Camp and deliver them to Holliday at the Rail Nomads Camp.

Mechanical Repair

1967 Chevy Impala Repair Manual: Give The Flame Deluge Canticle[wasteland.gamepedia.com] to Isaac Leibowitz at Leve L'Upe mine. The toaster with the Canticle is at the Temple of Titan, but will only appear either resolving the Canyon storyline (deliver the nuke to either faction or disarm it).

Outdoorsman

Pup Scout Funtime Camping Guide: Ag Center, found in the kitchen inside the central complex.

Obviously, Rangers, this will only be available if you go to the center before its destroyed.

Southwestern Folklore

Southwestern Folklore: Give Corporal Sovleig Sefors the secret code backers receive via the Ranger Center.

Surgeon

Grey's Anatomy: Find the cure for cancer[wasteland.gamepedia.com] for our medic, Eric Tidemann, at the Ranger Citadel. It's at Darwin.

Toaster Repair

Fix it!: There's a copy on the shelves of the Museum at the Ranger Citadel

California Skill Books

Barter

The 8 Rituals of Very Impactful People: Rodia, deliver the glass gecko bong to Mr Gekko at the bank. The bong is found in a toaster in Hollywood.

If you wipe out the leather jerks or otherwise get them to leave Rodia, Gekko leaves with them. So either ignore it or delay dealing with the problem until you find all the cat litter for Woodson.

Brute Force

Refrigerator Perry: The Biography: Rodia, give some Baby Ruth (found in a toaster at the Angle Oracle) to O'Biggun.

Combat Shooting

Killing for Morons: On the shelves at the Bastion of Faith, inside the main hall. Requires Perception 10 to find. Will teach a single Ranger the Combat Shooting skill to max.

Hard Ass

R. Lee Ermey: A Yelling Man's Man: Find it at Baldwin Hills after wiping out the fake Rangers (after you discover Playa del Rey).

Leadership

Getting People To Fall In Line by Richard Simmons: Get rid of Tori Robbinson for Mister Manners at the Angel Oracle.

Lockpicking

Escape Artistry For ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥: Save Josi in the Hollywood sewers and bring her to Raji (also in Hollywood).

Perception

V for Vendetta: Get it from Arjuna at the Angel Oracle in return for a Head and Shoulders shampoo. Someone jammed it into a toaster in the towers compound at Rodia, in the kitchen.

Safecracking

The Mystery of Al Capone's Vault: Found in the bank vault in Rodia.

Smart Ass

A Brief History of Time: Save all the cows of the old farm woman in Cerritos.

Weaponsmithing

Anarchist's Cookbook: Give the Sanford & Sons VHS (toaster in Los Alamitos) to the old man trader at Long Beach.
