It's not that bad; it's definitely no 100 hour RPG! The overall damage, as well as the Parry & Dodge timings are much more manageable on Easy/Story mode; & the superboss achievements can just be 1-shot with enough pre-combat preparation
@February
Well whaddayaknow, I learned something new today!

Another fun English-ism; I'll swap 'em out, cheers
Aye! You should still be able to use the Old Key in that pipe with the gate in Old Lumière after the team splits up (just a little backtracking from the start of the zone is all)
RE: One Shot Build - even though Stendhal & Medalum were nerfed in v1.2.3; there's plenty of other options to break the game in half! I'll update the superboss strategies where appropriate.
@Kaelys
Oooh, I was actually curious about that; it seemed like a reference or some wordplay, but I couldn't put my finger on what. I also still need to fit in the "Phillippe" Easter Egg from the Gestral Village in somehow
@MiksU.U
Strange, any chance you had 2 Lumière Records, making it total 33 even with a duplicate? (that's my current guess) One from the Mime in the Prologue, and one from the Opera House in Act 3 Lumière?
Great guide, thanks!
Serpenphare = "Serpent" + "Phare" ("Snake" + "Lighthouse").
In the movie "Asterix & Obelix: Mission Cleopatra" (2002), Numerobis makes a joke at some point about the "Phare à On" (On's Lighthouse, "On" being the guys owning the "Lighthouse"), which also contextually sounds when you say it in french exactly like "Pharaon" (Pharaoh).
To add a bit, "À On" is never used in this order in french, as it would be gramatically incorrect.
also rip Maelle one shot build
