echo [SystemSettings]◙r.DepthOfFiledQuality=0 > %localappdata%\Sandfall\Saved\Config\Windows\Engine.ini

If you have problems with changing config: you need to create a file, I don't know if windows by default allows you to specify file extension required for it to work.
So if you don't want to bother with it just copy-paste the string above into the cmd (WIN+R -> cmd -> click run and it will open), it will create file with required name, exitension and content.

@February Engine.ini is the name of the file you create, not a folder. There is no file to replace, you make a new file. You can just make a text file and renaming it changes its file type.

What do you mean by save in "the folder above"? Going backwards 1 Window? There is no Engine.ini folder to replace there for this to work.

Imo we should focus on tweaking DoF to be less noisy and artificial than just disabling it
Removing it kinda breaks scene's realistic look a lot, though it doesn't really looks like real in its current form too
