1) gather/buy/steal as many alchemy mats as you can to make Restore Fatigue potions. you can find it on pretty much any kind of food like bread, cheese, vegetables, etc. Restore Fatigue gives you a constant fatigue regeneration effect, and your fatigue only needs to be above 0 to jump, meaning you have effectively infinite stamina for the duration of the buff. you can raid the Chorrol Mage's Guild for alchemy equipment to give your potions better buff durations. I ate about 50x 32s-duration pots over the course of the grind (Athletics is not one of my primary skills).
2) if you have a controller, go into the Steam Input settings and enable turbo mode for the jump button. you can do this in the in-game overlay as long as the game recognizes your controller. I set the repeat interval to 50.
once you do these two things, go to the spot in the guide, hold your jump button and chug a potion every time the effect wears off.
You can spend the usual 20+ hours spamming jump everywhere as normal or you can do it for 20 minutes, take the levels, then spam it everywhere anyway lol. This is how bethesda games are played. You do you.
