fix for "startup crash to desktop without error" (nvidia)

TLDR;
> go to `...\steamapps\common\The Finals\Engine\Plugins\Runtime\Nvidia\StreamlineCore\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64`
> rename `sl.pcl.dll` to `sl.pcl.dll_backup`

the fix

somehow dlss/streamline, even when turned off, caused a hard crash for multiple unreal engine games for me, including the finals. straight to the desktop without a crash report showing up.

• go to the game directory (right click the game in the steam library -> browse local files)
  
• navigate to `\Engine\Plugins\Runtime\Nvidia\StreamlineCore\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64`
  
• rename `sl.pcl.dll` to `sl.pcl.dll_backup`
  
• play the game
