Pearto Hearts

Descrizione
Have you ever wanted your hearts to be your favorite vocaloids such as kasane teto or hatsune miku? Too bad, this mod make your hearts pears. If you want me to change the pickup sprites bully me in the comments and I might update.

Note 1:
This may make the hearts harder to read for some players (specifically bone hearts and eternal hearts) as Pearto was not meant to be heart in tboi (or any other game).

Note 2:
You may need to restart Isaac for this mod to work (also upon updating you need to restart for the mod to take effect).

Changes:
Red Hearts - Pearto
Blue Hearts - Pearku
Black Hearts - Evil Pearku
Eternal Hearts - Makes eyes and mouth white
Keeper Hearts - Neru Pear
Rotten Hearts - Gumi Pear
Broken Hearts - Broken Neru Pear and Pearto
Mantle - Glass Pearto

Also playing with the idea of altering the other pickups to be vocaloids in some way, but that's a lot of work because of how many bombs there are (it's not at all necessary for me to change all the bomb sprites but I'm a completionist so). If I do this it will be after the heart pickups get finished and a seperate from this one so you don't have to play with pearto hearts for it

I'm actually planning on doing the pickups too, but it's gonna take a sec for me to find the time. Also, I'm worried about how readable the hair will be as the only indicator for the type of heart, but if I change the design for a higher readability then it's gonna bother me that the floor sprites look different than the health, because I'm too lazy to redo the health sprites again.

TLDR: Expect the health pick ups eventually but it's not gonna be for a little
