i just got kicked from it when i join

This happens due to the nav file (used for navmesh) either being corrupt, nonexistent or damaged. It seems to be a problem of the builtin navmesh. That means you have to supply an empty file called "rp_smallcoastcity_fixed.nav" into the gmod's maps folder and then regenerate it if you need the navmesh
