Maybe pay attention more. They said they couldn't set them to random draw. I literally told them how to do it based on how draw bags were created in the playtest. The Order setting they are using does not allow Random draw because it's not made for that. It's made as first into the bag, first out of the bag, or one other.
Which is why I told them to change the Order -> Random which allows for random drawing and fixes their issue.

Biggest thing was that chips don't seem to stack. Your HP chips have a script on them. Looking between both mods, what I notice most is that the Playtest ones have "Stackable" ticked in the Custom Tile settings. So they snap into a neat snack when dropped together.
I tried enabling that in your mod but was unable to, it kept reverting to unticked.
As a workaround solution, you are free to set the HP counter to 1 and then create your own substack of chips underneath to then utilize however you see fit.
