SACLOS guided missile(follows cursor)

A guided missile that makes use of the pointer mechanism and some lasers to strike with pixel precision
Capable of hyper-maneuverability at higher angles of deflection of the cursor: the main engine will turn off so it can slow down and turn harder.
To launch it, pass an activation signal to the radio inside, channel=20.
If the cursor leaves the area between ~180 degrees in front, the missile loses track.
