7 Chemists - 2 Chemists will in charge of mixing. 5 will be in charge of cooking and making meth.
2 Handlers - 1st and 2nd handler will be moving supplies to mixers.
1 Trash guy
I would also recommend buying 40 Quantity of each supplies through delivery.

Full Picture For End-Game Weed Meth Cocaine (Simple)

Read first: For Cocaine process, you don't really need a handler for the gasoline, because it doesn't use that much gasoline. You can just prefill the cauldrons with all the gasoline possible. This would give you 2 Free workers. You can have an extra Botanist (4 Plants 4 Dry Racks) and an extra Chemist (2 Cauldrons and 2 Ovens). You can Destinations all 4 Dry Racks to go to the the 2 cauldrons).

Also, working on Meth layout for adding pseudo, acid and phosphorus automatically. Will update when I figure it out. If you guys know how, please let me know and I'll fix the Meth Layouts. For now, you will have to manually add it.

Yea that formula gives you the most profit, but you don't have to follow it. If it's easier to have less supplies, you should do whatever you want.
