About Me

Hi, I’m Ruby!
This is my very first guide in years and also my first one on Steam. It might not be super pretty or perfectly formatted, but it should still do the job if you are out there hunting collectibles. Also, English isn’t my main language, so I used ChatGPT to help turn my gibberish into something more readable. ^^
Please be gentle with me ^^"
The Lobby

1/7
You can technically grab this one right after passing through the second gate, but it is best to wait until you have the flashlight. It makes spotting the collectible much easier and saves you from squinting into the darkness like a lost tourist.

During this section your goal is to find three fuses. As you wander around, you will come across a ruined playground. The collectible is sitting right on the slide. If you switch off your flashlight, you will notice a faint glow marking its location.
Sky Tram Entrance

2/7
This collectible is found right after entering the area that was previously locked behind the three fuses. Walk straight and a cutscene will trigger where Vera complains about a blocked tunnel and mentions needing to use the utility doors instead. If you pay attention during the cutscene, you can actually spot the collectible on the right side, tucked near the collapsed tunnel. It's just chilling there in plain view while Vera monologues.
The Simon Sector
3/7
After your scenic little ride on the sky tram, it stops in "The Simon Sector" for what feels like an unplanned detour. This collectible, a fine vintage can of soda, is waiting inside Simon's Tram Station office. Once you step into the office, look to your right and you will see a massive monitor. The can is casually lounging on the sofa like it has been waiting years just for you... and it was! Hmmm tasty.

4/7
You can grab this collectible during the first "dangerous" section of the game, still in the Simon Sector. Simon will be patrolling the area while you activate conduits. This one is near the conduit placed close to what looks like a large metal door. Check to the left of it and you will spot a set of chairs and a table awkwardly perched on some rubble. The coin is just sitting there on the table.

OLD SCHOOL / GHOST IN THE MACHINE
The coin from the previous collectible also plays a role in unlocking OLD SCHOOL and GHOST IN THE MACHINE achievement. After picking it up, look for a lone arcade machine sitting by itself not too far from where you found the coin. With your back to the metal door, head northeast and you will find it. Use the coin on the machine to unlock OLD SCHOOL and keep playing until it inevitably crashes and rewards you with GHOST IN THE MACHINE achievement. It is a good idea to wait until all conduits are activated since Simon will move on and give you a bit more breathing room for this detour.
The Gift Shop
5/7
Right after your second sky tram ride ends in the most graceful way possible with an abrupt stop, you will end up in the plush-filled gift shop. This collectible only becomes available after activating the first conduit, which also triggers Chester’s patrol phase.

As you head from the second conduit toward the third, you will come across a massive display packed with plushes. The collectible is tucked away on a shelf behind this display. Keep an eye out for Chester while navigating the area since he likes to linger around here.

6/7
To activate the final conduit in this area, you will need to step into a small office-like building. In the back of this space there is a storage room, and inside you can find a plushie of Bucky Beaver, a little easter egg from Shipwreck 64. It is sitting quietly on one of the metal shelves toward the rear wall, doing its best to look innocent.

You should be safe from Chester while inside. As far as I can tell, he does not come in here, although you can still hear him scurrying just outside to keep things nice and tense.
After the Chase (don't remember how this section is officially called)
7/7

This final collectible comes right after the last chase sequence of the chapter. Once you activate the conduit and watch the short cutscene, you will end up in what looks like a security office filled with monitors. On the left side of the room there is a lone white cabinet. Sitting on it is a cassette recorder.

Interact with it and let the tape play. The achievement popped for me after a short while, so give it a few seconds and enjoy the lore.
Ending
Welp, that’s about it! I hope you enjoyed this very short guide and that the sweet sound of popping achievements brought a little joy to your day. Digital dopamine FTW!

If you liked the guide, feel free to leave a sushi for me! 🍣
