Growth rates for every class and character

I saw someone else just posted the base class stat growths and relative stats compared the starting characters, but that was confusing for me. I was already making a full spreadsheet with all the stat growths for every character for every class, so hopefully this helps other people too.

@mmcmanus90 it makes up for it in other ways. for example, scholar and loremaster have the exact same stat growths, but your stats still go up when you promote to loremaster. your chances of getting more stats when you level up just stay the same

The percentages don't increase much after promotion, which seems a bit strange.

Been looking for this, because i am still missing the "aptitudes achieved" achievement, but i got most of the high total units in my squad, guess i am just ridiculously unlucky
