1. Inhale

Metafiction - You discovered Alex's identity crisis.
This achievement is missable—while searching the bookshelf for the PC login password, examine the book titled Sanctum (the second from the left) to unlock it.

Password Protected. - You logged in and tracked your parcel.
This achievement is story-related—Check the tracking information for train tickets but has forgotten her PC password. A clue on a note attached to the PC tower provides a hint. Take the note to the bookshelf and examine the book on the far right to find the password.

Special Delivery. - You discovered the autobiographical element.
This achievement is missable—after discovering that the train tickets have been delivered, search the apartment .Find three hidden packages: one under the lampshade on the computer desk, one behind the radiator, and one inside a plant pot by the front door.

The Breathing Method. - You suffered a great loss.
This achievement is story-related—after opening the cabinet and grabbing a DVD to watch, Alex falls asleep and is woken by a phone call, followed by another that leaves her struggling to breathe. Click on the bookcase, pick up the inhaler, and this will unlock.

The Librarian - You saved Lang from boredom.
This achievement is story-related—upon arriving at the train station, speak with Dr. Lang. As the train approaches, he mentions wishing he had brought some recreational reading. Once the conversation ends, give him the book from your inventory to unlock this.
2. Sepulchre

Old Gloria. - She's a stubborn old gal..
This achievement is missable—shortly after the start of Chapter 2, when Dr. Lang decides he wants a drink, leave your cabin and examine the painting on the wall to the left of your cabin door (between cabins 1-A and 1-B) to unlock the achievement.

Wormfood - You met the master..
This achievement is story-related—while heading the second time to the bar for a drink, you’ll notice the door to cabin 2-C is slightly open. Enter the cabin and attempt to converse with the old man inside to unlock the achievement.

Good Little Puppy - You endured Floyd's torment.
This achievement is story-related—after entering the bar, speak with Floyd, grab the flask, and pay him £5 for the whiskey. After a conversation, Floyd offers a £40 to take to Don. Pay with your credit card (PIN: 1318) and pour the whiskey into the flask. and leave

Pay It Forward - You tried to save Don from boredom... but failed.
After giving Don his flask, he mentions a good book with a drink. Return to your cabin, grab the book, head back to Don. Pick up the key and investigate cabin 2-A. Afterward, return to Don to find a black bag on the floor where he stood. Examine it to unlock the achievement.

In Brightest Day - Should've got a ring with it.
After discovering Don’s fate, head to cabin 2-C. Examine the music box and pick up the model train. Use your ID card to pry the train apart and obtain a key. Return to where Don stood, use the key on the control panel to speed up the train, then head back to your cabin.
3. Exhale

Take The Edge Off - You accepted Floyd's gift.
This achievement is missable—after leaving your cabin, speak with Don, then head to the bar and drink the Bloody Mary on the counter.

Mean Girls - You made Carli mad.
After leaving the bar, enter cabin 2-C to meet Lydia. After, talk to Don about the painting in carriage 2 and check on Dr. Lang. Head to the bar for a conversation. Take the knife, cut the painting to get a key for cabin 2-A, then unlock it and exhaust all conversations.

Call Out - You scared off your stalker... for now.
After leaving cabin 2-A, the lights will flicker, and the music inside will stop. Check the cabin, then leave again to hear a phone ringing in the next carriage. Find the ringing coming from your cabin—the phone is stuck behind the right-hand chair.

We All Float - You pulled out an old trick.
Missable—after the phone call with the stalker, head to cabin 1-A to confront him. When he blocks the door, use the inhaler from your inventory on him to earn this achievement.

Eyes of the Gods - Smoking really IS hazardous.
Story Related—when the stalker blocks the door after your failed inhaler attack, light a cigarette using your lighter. After he refuses your offer, use the lit cigarette on him to earn this achievement.

Salvation of Judas - You saved Carli.
Story Related—after escaping cabin 1-A, speak with Don, then talk to Isaiah in 2-A. In 2-B, try speaking with Carli until she asks for silver. Talk to Sofia, then trade your lighter to Grub for the bag. Give Carli the money to earn this achievement.

Lydia's Story - You recounted Lydia's story perfectly
Missable—during the final bar scene with Gavin, Rob appears, revealing past events. When he offers to exchange stories, choose:

1."Your ex-wife put her on the train to come meet you."
2. "She wasn't on the train".
3. "They never found her."


The Ex - You found out the truth about Gavin.
Story Related—unlocks automatically in the final moments of the game
