Finding the right effects for each client and substance can be time consuming. This guide help your gameplay by listing all customers, their preferred effects, and a complete breakdown of substance effects.

NPC SPEND

NPC spending is highly dynamic and depends on their relationship with you as well as the products you've unlocked. I tested this myself with a fresh save and a fully maxed-out rank. If an NPC has a relationship level of 3 or 5, their spending behavior fluctuates significantly
I’ve also tested offering until change goes the price to 0%, using counter offers from the phone, and even selling on different days

NPC spending still varies a lot

There doesn’t seem to be a fixed cap, making it unpredictable

sneaky affects police detection radius/rate. sneaky is probably the most useful effect for player use. along with athletic and anti gravity, it makes for some very effective night runs. also very easy to get a mix with just those attributes and nothing else.
