MY best setup for bungalow is a meth mix from 3 components.
mix horse semen + Viagra + Addy+ Horse semen again.
I call it Double Cum :)

You just need 1 handler and 3 chemists for this to work. 4 labs, 4 ovens, 4 mixers, 1 press station. Handler needs to refill ingredients for all mixers and pack. So you need 4 big shelves for ingredients.
2 deliveries a day from 2 different stores
1. 320 horse semen
2. 160 Viagra and 160 Addy.

For weed, IMHO the best mixes are:
OG Kush + Mouth Wash = $64 - $4 = net* profit $60
Sour Diesel + Iodine = $65 - $8 = $57
Green Crack + Mega Bean = $67 -$7 = $60
Granddaddy purple + Viagra = $60 - $4 = $56

*net profit here does not count seeds, fertilizers etc. Just ingredients.

If for some reason you want to sell all kind of weeds and chill, the best mix is with chili I believe. Chili is unlocked relatively early in the game so it is easy to just use it instead of picking separate ingredient for each(that's what I did at first).

There is a higher strain than OG Kush
