Farming Particle (Beginning and end of game)

So many recipes, so many levels and so few particles... Or not!

▣ Introduction

Hi! If you're here, it's because you're looking for particles! This method can be used as soon as you unlock the Atelier near the lighthouse, but it's even more practical with the right skills!

I'm still in the early stages of the game, so don't be surprised if there's a better way to farm - this is just the easiest one for me!

It doesn't seem like much, but as I get more “large” and with conversion skills, getting lots of small ones isn't mandatory

▣ Prerequisites

Nothing other than having unlocked the Atelier near the lighthouse, during the
scenario
The demo ends at this point; if you've finished it, you've got it! If not, play the game and you'll unlock it eventually


This point seems to be the best because it reappears every time the save is loaded (I have the impression that the others don't always reappear), and there are no monsters around!

As far as possible, unlock the "Particle Gathering" I and II skills in the skill tree, in the Synthesis tab
Without them, you'll only have "Small" particles ; with level I, only "Small" and "Medium" particles ; and the last level unlocks all sizes (You'll unlock the conversion skill first)



It's all!

▣ Infinite loop

From here, head a little to the east of the Atelier, near the particle collection area; follow the blue line, it won't go very far

• Get them
  
• Press Start (or any button set to skip Yumia's animation)
  
• Move away about 2-3 steps
  
• Save your game, then reload it immediately
  
• Harvest point is back
  
• Repeat
  
• ????
  
• PROFITS

Now all you have to do is improve your recipes to the max!

Hey thanks for the tip that they respawn when you reload the game. I found my favourite spot so far is around the crystal spawn / blue slime habitat in the west of the starting region.

There are 6 spawn points more or less right next to each other and even if one or two don't spawn after a load you still have at least 4 more and they are all in close proximity to each other.

3 around the crystals next to the teleport point and the other 3 in the blue slime habitat with the furthest up by the windmill

There seems to be 3 spawn points in that area that reset on a game load or fast traveling down to the survey base and back. Nice farming area for these even without cheesing the save/load.
