Tom Clancy's The Division – 100% Achievement Guide

This guide represents the full list of Tom Clancy's The Division achievements in the Steam version. There are 50 achievements in the base game and 10 achievements in two DLCs. After adding achievements to Steam on 02/25/2025, Ubisoft removed all 5 achievements from The Last Stand expansion.

Introduction

The game has no missable achievements. Five achievements require at least two players, and one achievement from the Underground DLC requires a full group of four.

Deconstructive Criticism
Deconstruct 100 items.

Open your inventory, hold the specified button to dismantle an item. Dismantle one item at a time instead of marking them as junk and deconstructing multiple at once, as the game counts it as a single dismantle. This achievement can be completed in both the base game and the Survival DLC.

Equip all Equipment slots with Superior or High end Items.

Go to Abilities, then Talents, and select a talent that grants a bonus upon killing a target. For example, you can choose the "One is None" talent, then follow the description and fulfill its requirement.

Raid the Arsenal
Kill 1 enemy with each of the 6 Gun classes.

Eliminate an enemy using each of the following weapon types:

Dark Zone

Successfully Extract a contaminated item from the Dark Zone.

Superior is a red-tier item, and High end is a yellow-tier item. Just extract one of these from the Dark Zone.

Mass Extraction
Extract an item at all 8 Extraction Zones.

Extraction zones are marked on the map with upward orange arrows. There are actually more extraction zones throughout the Dark Zone than the eight mentioned in the achievement description. You need to extract an item from all extraction zones across DZ01 to DZ06:
DZ01 - 2 extraction points
DZ02 - 1 extraction point
DZ03 - 1 extraction point
DZ04 - 1 extraction point
DZ05 - 2 extraction points
DZ06 - 1 extraction point

For Justice!
Kill a player who has gone Rogue.

All players are neutral by default, but holding a specific button turns you Rogue, allowing you to attack others. To unlock the achievement, eliminate a Rogue player.

Kill 20 Rogue Agents.

Co-op

Finish all of the missions at Level 30 on the Hard difficulty.

Directives are special difficulty modifiers that unlock as you level up in Underground. To complete this achievement, gather a team of four players, ensuring that the host is level 30 in Underground, as this is the minimum level required to start an operation with five directives. Then, choose Challenging difficulty in custom operations. For an easier run, you can lower the world tier to two and set the operation to one phase.

The Beast Below

This achievement is the most tedious and grindy. You just need to play a lot of operations to level up. The optimal setup for me was Hard difficulty, the maximum number of available phases, and the first four directives, as the fifth directive, "Shock Ammo," significantly slows down progress by forcing you to fire in short bursts. However, if you decide to enable all five directives, bring a DMR like the Mk17, as its semi-automatic nature prevents it from overheating too quickly. To speed up leveling in Underground, you can also equip gear with the "Increased Kill XP" attribute.

Gone Spelunking
Retrieve all 55 Audio Logs and 25 UrbEx Diaries in Underground

Collectibles in the Underground DLC work differently than in the base game. You can find only one Audio Log or UrbEx Diary per phase. They are always located in the middle of the level, in safe areas with no enemies. To avoid missing them, periodically open the map — if a collectible is nearby, it will be marked on the map.

Survival DLC

This game mode is by far the most engaging part of the whole game for me. The atmosphere of the desolate, snow-covered New York is incredible, enemies frequently flank you and usually act smartly, and the overall survival gameplay feels like it could be its own separate game.

All Survival DLC achievements can be earned solo, but playing in a group might make things easier, the only catch being that after calling the helicopter, two Hunters will appear instead of one. The mode offers both PVE and PVP options. PVE is the easier choice since you won’t have to compete with other players — the cold and the enemies are already challenging enough, especially for newcomers to this mode.

Tools of the Trade
Craft the Virus Filter and Flare Gun in Survival mode.

The Virus Filter and Flare Gun are essential items in Survival mode. The Virus Filter allows you to enter the Dark Zone, while the Flare Gun is used to call in a helicopter at the extraction point.

Subzero Hero
Obtain clothing to get a survivable temperature rating of -22°C / -7°F.
ㅤ

Equip enough clothing to ensure you stay warm at -22°C. You can obtain clothing for survival in the cold in three ways:
By looting the environment — partially opened suitcases always contain clothing, and sometimes 
you can find it in backpacks as well.
By defeating enemies, as they may drop clothing.
By crafting it using fabric.

Born Survivor
Successfully survive and escape in Survival Mode.

Make your way to the end, call in the helicopter using the Flare Gun, and evacuate.

Survival Instincts
Achieve Master Rank rank in Survival Mode.

Achieving Master Rank depends on many factors, but nothing too special is required, and overall it's not difficult — just loot a lot, craft items, eat and drink, stop disease with pills and syringes, clear landmarks, kill enemies, revive other players with medkits when possible, etc.

For the Hoarder…
Successfully extract 100 items from the Survival Dark Zone.

Overall, this is the most difficult and time-consuming achievement in the game. Each run lasts about an hour, and you can extract only six items from the Survival Dark Zone at a time. This means you'll need to complete at least 17 runs, assuming you evacuate six items each time, but finding them is not too hard. You can track your progress in the Dossier under Commendations → Survival → "For the Hoarder".
