Achievement Guide (Roads Untraveled)

This guide tells you how to get the achievements that were added in the newest update with the least amount of effort and time wasted trying to get them. The least amount of runs too.

Main Run

All of the achievements will be done in succession with smart saving and loading. (Pick the "Street Smart" and "Hot" traits.)

A Path in the Woods

- On Monday, eat the takeout in the fridge, hold the puke in at every oportunity possible and then, when meeting Stella,
- Save before picking any choices
- Choose to go with Stella into the diner and then follow her until the achievement pops up later, on the walk in the forest.

Beautiful people don't do ugly things

- Load the previous save
- Choose to go somewhere else alone instead of going to the diner. Then go into the general store and you will get an option to immediately leave and puke outside.

Scarlet Hollow

- Before you do this, keep in mind that you have to lie about your name using the Street Smart trait. (This is for the "Y-you!" achievement later on.)
- Return to the general store and chat with Kaneeka.

History Lesson

- Go to the library after finishing the chat with Kaneeka.

Giving the Slip

- Then on the way to the estate, choose to record the mountain lion.
- Save here for the next achievements.
- Go with Stella using the "Street smart" lie option.

Cracking Open a Cold One

- (Load the save)
- Go with duke and choose to not go with Stella when meeting her. Take a beer when you're chatting with Duke.

Straight to Voicemail

- When Tabitha calls you, ignore the call.

Y-you!

- Go with Stella into the general store, then the achievement should pop when Kaneeka realizes that you lied about your name.

Refusing the Call

- Go back to the estate instead of sleeping at Stella's place
- (Save on Tuesday morning before any choices)
- and then choose to stay there on Tuesday morning.

Shadowing the Boss

- (Load the Save)
- Go into the town, then to the general store, ask how to get to the mines, leave and choose to go to the mines.

Reading Adventure

- (Load the Save)
- Go into the town, pick the option that gets you in the library.

I've got the Y-you! achievement after lying about my name to Kaneeka in the General Store and then meeting her in the library the next day.

You have to leave Duke and go with Stella instead for "Giving the Slip".

Is there anything specific you have to say to Duke? it didn't unlock the Giving the Slip

Y-you! achievement does not unlock using the steps in this guide.
Using the guide from the Scarlet Hollow wiki page " In Chapter 1, lie about your name to Kaneeka with the Street Smarts trait at the General Store, and avoid encountering her until you meet her again in the mines in Chapter 2. " works.
It also works if you lie to her about the name using Street Smarts and talk to her again at Sybil's house.
