Replaces the win music (for both teams) with the Salil Sawarim Nasheed as featured in videos by ISIS. Original music still plays when you lose a match

If it doesn't work, type snd_restart into the console. Make sure the server you are on doesn't use sv_pure 1 or 2, this is not white listed. You can find out by typing sv_pure into the console.
