Warframe Aya & Relic Farming Guide

Farming in Warframe can be time-consuming, but with the right methods, you can maximize your efficiency and get the rewards you need quickly. Whether you're after Aya to obtain vaulted Prime gear or Void Relics to farm Prime parts, this guide will cover the best, fastest ways to farm both. I’ve personally tested and optimized these methods to ensure you get the most out of your time in the Origin System.

Aya is a special currency used to acquire Vaulted Relics from the in-game store. It replaced the old Prime Vault system, making it crucial for collecting past Prime Warframe and weapon parts. Since Aya cannot be farmed from standard missions, knowing the best farming locations is essential.

Aya is primarily obtained through Open World Bounties and Relic Packs. Based on my experience, these are the most effective methods:

Tier 5 Open World Bounties

• Orb Vallis (Fortuna): Tier 5 bounties here offer some of the best Aya drop rates. The faster you can complete these bounties, the more Aya you can farm.
  
• Cambion Drift (Necralisk): Since this area has a smaller bounty reward pool, your chances of obtaining Aya are slightly better. I often cycle between these and Orb Vallis bounties for variety.
  
• Plains of Eidolon (Cetus): While still viable, I find that some objectives here tend to be slower, making this a less optimal choice compared to the other two.

Relic Packs

• Syndicates: Buying Relic Packs from Syndicates is a great alternative if you have extra standing. Though it's RNG-based, you can get Aya in bulk.
  
• Steel Essence Exchange: Using 15 Steel Essence at Teshin’s shop for Relic Packs can also yield Aya. If you farm Steel Path often, this can be an easy way to stock up.

Void Relics come in four types: Lith, Meso, Neo, and Axi. Each type drops from specific missions, and knowing the best locations ensures a steady relic supply.

Lith Relics

• Hepit (Void) - A quick Capture mission that I run frequently for Lith relics. It takes around 1-2 minutes per run.
  
• Olympus (Mars) - Disruption: Has a high Lith drop rate, and disruption missions are fast-paced with quick rewards.

Meso Relics

• Ukko (Void) - A Capture mission similar to Hepit but for Meso relics. It’s one of the fastest ways to farm these.
  
• Io (Jupiter) - Defense: This mission is good for Meso relics, especially if you’re running it with a team and nuking waves quickly.

Neo Relics

• Mithra (Void) - A High-drop-rate Interception mission. While it takes longer than Capture, I find it reliable for Neo relics.
  
• Xini (Eris) - Interception: Another solid choice with frequent Neo relic drops.

Axi Relics

• Apollo (Lua) - Disruption mission that has been one of the most efficient ways I’ve found to farm Axi relics. Just complete a few conduits and extract.
  
• Hieracon (Pluto) - Excavation: This mission is great because Excavators drop Axi relics frequently if you sustain the mission.

Alternative Method: I also run endless missions like Survival and Defense in high-level areas for a steady relic supply. For example:

• Void Fissures (Endless Missions) - These offer multiple relic drops per rotation, making them highly efficient.

Some Warframes can drastically improve farming speed. Here are my top picks:

• Loki or Volt: Great for Capture missions due to their speed abilities.
  
• Saryn or Equinox: Amazing for nuking Defense and Survival missions, speeding up relic farming.
  
• Nekros: Helps increase drop chances in Survival and Excavation missions.
  
• Khora or Hydroid: Useful for farming enemies in specific tilesets.

• Void Fissures: Always check the World State Window to target specific relic types.
  
• Squad Up: Running missions in a team drastically improves efficiency and relic drops.
  
• Use Resource Boosters: If you have Affinity or Resource Boosters, your farming speed will improve significantly.
