Adds similar camera system from GTA IV to GMOD.
❓What it does
In Grand Theft Auto IV (GTA IV), the camera behavior when tilted upwards is tied to the game's third-person perspective and its dynamic control system. When you tilt the camera upwards using the right analog stick (on consoles) or mouse (on PC), the view shifts to focus more on the sky, buildings, or elevated structures around the protagonist, Niko Bellic. The camera is designed to provide a cinematic feel, so it doesn't just lock rigidly; it has a slight sway and responsiveness to Niko's movements, reflecting the game's emphasis on realism and immersion.

There are options to tweak the FOV in the Nai's Addons tab

honestly there's no winning in terms of changing the fov in this game. you can't change it in calcview without fucking other things up, and you can't cheese it by calling setfov on the player without other unexpected issues.
for calcview however there is at least one workaround to jankily fix complete incompatibilities, and it is done by running all the other calcview hooks manually through hook.run, it will cause issues with other mods that utilize the same workaround however.
also you can just use convars to save settings, no need to manually manage a file in the data folder

the issue is most likely causing FOV being set to fixed value every tick
i dont know about fixing that shit though

Such a cool feature for GTA IV, to look up and see the tall buildings, even though they don't look tall, the camera trick done in GTA IV makes it look like it's much more taller than it actually is.
