Provided by Tanith as a reward for the progress of her quest, namely:

1. Accept her invitation to join the Volcano manor family

How to get it?

On a Jolan's corpse as the final part of the Ymir:

1. Complete all of Ymir's requests, move the throne to get down to the boss
   
2. Defeat Metyr, Mother of Fingers
   
3. Return to the throne for Ymir to invade you and defeat him
   
4. Reload the location, and go to Jolan, who is nearby - interact with her and choose the option to give Iris of Occultation (if you had it). After that, you can take the desired sword from her body.
