  • Refuse (-10 Finley)
Agree to make the tools and complete the order.
I personally chose the "Make sharp tools" option, but if you aren't able to I'm sure the regular tools will work as well.
After you've completed the order, later on in the day Olivia will arrive and ask for help for some tools, but she can't afford it. Your options are:
  • Make the tools for free (+10 Olivia)

Dumb ways to die
Lose in two different ways.
The easiest way I found to earn this achievement is to die by starvation and die by execution. To die by starvation is very simple, just do not let Arthur eat.

To die by execution was more difficult. You need to reach a relationship of 0 with the ruling faction. To tell who is the ruling faction is by looking at the banner that is hanging outside the smithy. There are only 3 factions that can rule. The French, the English, and the Bandits. Completing orders from soldiers can help deteriorate relationship with the French and the English. If you want to lower your relationship with Bandits the best thing you should do is deny every one of their orders that come in.
The Greatest Diplomat
Have above 90 reputation points with every faction... At the same time.
This is the best strategy I found to keep reputation high with every faction at once.

Deny all orders from soldiers. They always have consequences. This also goes for high-end customers that also have downsides when you accept their order.

If you have an order from a witch you are working on and you see a Holy Church member coming, deny the Holy Church member's order before you complete the witch's order. Vice versa if you are working on a Holy Church member's order.

Always accept bandit orders. You will lose points if you don't and it is more difficult to earn Bandit relationship than the French and English.

Make decisions that benefit your lowest relationship faction. For example, choosing the faction you have lowest reputation with when making a deal with the merchant and making it as a gift for them.
Reassignment
Don't open the stall for metal items for 10 days.
Make sure you have enough food and money to live off of while keeping the stall for metal items closed. You can still have the stall for wooden items open if you have one.
At death's door
Be by a hair's breadth from execution by two factions.
Reach a reputation of 1 with two factions.
I personally did it with England and Bandits.
Even Greater Marathoner
Reach day 100 in the Sandbox.
Choose sandbox mode when starting a new game. Sandbox mode is very simple with no story. Complete orders, make sure your reputation for factions do not hit 0, and keep your workers fed.
A too-strict fast
Don't feed your worker for 10 days, yet keep him alive.
Not feeding your workers can make them sick and lay in bed. You will have to wait for a doctor to come and treat them and then you could repeat the process again, but most of the time they worker will end up quitting before you can reach this achievement.

The best way I found was to hire a worker and get them into mining. As they earn new skills while mining they can potentially earn the "Depth-dweller" skill.

Depth-dweller. This worker eats underground mushrooms during breaks while working in the mine.

This perk is an easy work-a-round when it comes to feeding your workers. Their hunger won't deteriorate and you will receive this achievement after 10 days.
Not a woman's job

I personally made sharp scalpels.

Freelance blacksmith

Choose sandbox mode when starting a new game. Sandbox mode is very simple with no story. Complete orders, make sure your reputation for factions do not hit 0, and keep your workers fed.
And that's it!
Finish the game.
Campaign mode is 60 days long. Do not die and after the final blacksmith duel on day 60 you will earn this achievement.
Winner take it all
Achieve the best relationship with Baron, Olivia, and Finley without supporting Louka the Just.
From the very beginning always do your best to make decisions that give the highest amount of points to Baron, Olivia, and Finley. There are some decisions that will end up risking a little bit of relationship with them, but if you are making the best decisions and choices you should be fine.

I believe they also have a 100 point system like the factions, so if you want to keep a tally note on the side for each relationship it wouldn't be a bad idea.

To make sure you do not support Louka the Just, refuse all special requests the Bandits bring. Around Day 42 in campaign mode, Montgomery and De La Court will ask for your help before a big fight begins. Accept at least one of their orders. This should ensure that the Bandits will not win and after the final blacksmith duel on day 60 you should earn this achievement.
Born to win
Win all the blacksmithing duels.
There are 3 duels in total. One on day 20, one on day 40, and the final duel on day 60.

The first duel is simple and involves melting, smithing, and sharpening.

The second duel involves smithing, woodworking, and carpentry.

The final duel involves every skill.

The first 2 duels are very easy. Make sure Arthur and a worker high high skills to handle the woodworking and carpentry. Try your best to make Arthur a jack of all trades and your worker prioritize woodworking and carpentry.

The final duel is the toughest. You can bring Arthur and another worker and the duel will give you an extra worker that isn't from your roster. Make that extra worker the one who is woodworking. Make your worker focus on melting and bounce around other tasks when needed. Arthur should be the one who does the main work bouncing between different workstations.

The most difficult part about the final duel is it asks you to remember each choice you've made since you started the campaign mode. My biggest tip is to write down each choice you make when playing through the campaign so you have something to look back on when these questions come up in the final duel.
Lucky me
Score a draw during the final duel and get a point in your favour.
This is by far the hardest achievement. It requires you to pay attention and do a little math when your in the final blacksmithing duel.

First off you need to have the best relationship possible with the Baron so you need to make decisions that favor him when you go through the campaign.

Take the duel slowly. Try and keep up with Jeans score and pay attention to how many points each order gives you. If your a little to ahead let Jean catch up. You are allowed to deny orders and make wrong choices if you are too ahead. Rely mainly on the regular orders and not the ones the narrator is giving you. If you did it right you should have the same score as Jean and since your relationship with the Baron is great he will give you one point giving you the win and earning this achievement.
It's not about winning
Lose the final fair duel but achieve the best relationship with Baron, Olivia, and Finley.
This achievement is pretty straight forward. Make all the decisions you can to keep each relationship very high during the campaign and when at the final duel just make wrong choices and don't fulfill orders. At the end if your relationships are high enough you will earn this achievement.
