The company to which a Blood Angel belongs is denoted by the icon displayed upon their right shoulder guard. The emblem of the 1st Company is a skull, while all other companies use coloured blood drops.
P.S
and since there is no lore customization for angels use this as close as possible, as soon as any of these things are added the guide will be updated

"if anyone wants to make retro Blood Angels the standard battle brothers use black trim for non-Sergeants. Captains etc can use yellow shoulders as well with black or red trim"

You have the picture of the left shoulder for the sergeant with just the yellow blood drop. Veteran Sergeants and normal Sergeants have the same heraldry on the left shoulder

I didnt write about all sergeants/veteran-sergeants have a single tier drop yellow colour.
5th comp. has used white trim around tear drop.
but sergeants chapter symbol is always yellow

Normal Sergeants don't have a single yellow blood drop on the left shoulder. All sergeants have the BA symbol in yellow on the left shoulder The 10th codex doesn't really explain/show it well but its suppose to show u how the company symbol looks like on the right shoulder. Looks confusing cause gw uses the 2nd company as the example. If you google search BA heraldry it shows an example of a 5th company sergeant with the correct heraldry.

nah ill wait, in game files already have BA armor and others chapters that means will be a decals like RG
