The Allcat - also known as the Great Meowmer or Divine Purr, is the central figure of the religion and culture of the Cat Empire. An emanation and embodiment of perfection and power. Considered the Creator of all Cats, each generation of these noble and dignified beings, as well as the guardian of order in the galaxy. Immersed in his eternal sleep, the Allcat has been sitting on the Golden Throne in the capital of the Cat Empire - the Holy Myaustropolis on the planet Furris Prime for millennia. Caught between life and death, he always stands guard over the Cat Race. Mighty armies on countless worlds raise weapons in His name.

The Allcat is depicted as enormous, majestic, perfect and unsurpassed in its feline form, often referred to as a Feline Colossus of divine proportions - an emanation of feline perfection:

• Size: In its heyday described as much larger, more imposing than ordinary Cats. Dignified and unyielding, divine and perfect in every way. Today, although still in lethargy, encased entirely in Litterium armor, its brilliance and majesty arouse the highest admiration and religious delight.

• Fur: Snow-white and long, shining in the starlight, shimmering with a sunny, golden glow, an emanation of pure cosmic energy and milky, divine charm.

• Eyes: Two-colored, one in the color of deep sapphire, the other glowing with the green glow of an emerald aura. These eyes see everything: past, present and future.

• Voice: Deep, unearthly, resonant meow and purr, which simultaneously soothes the souls of the faithful and terrifies the enemies. The echo of his trill carries to the farthest corners of the galaxy, reaching every cat ear and brave heart that will accept his love and will.

• Attributes: Armor worn in many variants, made of pure gold and Litterium, simply shimmering with the power of his omnipotent mind. Birth of the Allcat
Although the essence of the Great Meowmer cannot be fathomed by any means, thought, word or purr. It is said that the Allcat, known by many titles, was born in the First Light of the Galaxy, when the Milky Way was just beginning to pulsate with life. He was a transcendent being, all-powerful, majestic and full of tenderness towards the creatures that were to become his work. The Allcat gave life to the first Cats, breathing into them his passion and all that was best in them. Giving them not only charm, but also strength, wisdom and instinct, which were to surpass other inhabitants of the galaxy.
