SimRacingStudio Telemetry Mod

Mod to send telemetry data to Sim Racing Studio on port 3301 using their general API. Added ejection effect and landing gear raise effect. Multiplier added to aircraft based on rotation. Aircraft name reported in title so that profile per aircraft type can be saved.

I based pitch/roll rates on SpaceMonkey code, it's a relative roll/pitch instead of a direct angle. I find this more enjoyable and since I made the mod that's how it is.
