Download SRWE[github.com] (it's free, portable and 55 KB)

- Launch The Sims 2.
- Press Alt + Enter to switch the game to windowed mode.
- Launch SRWE
- Press "Select running application" and choose Sims2EP9.exe



- Press both "Remove Borders" and "Fake Fullscreen".



Enjoy your game. You can also use this program for other games to force them into borderless mode.

For Boarderless Fullscreen you can just use https://github.com/LazyDuchess/TS2-Extender
Adds that and fixes a few other issues
