Gas Chamber Sword

The hint to this puzzle is a picture on the wardrobe showing a door. On the right wall there is a hidden door. Press E to open it. After grabbing the sword, head in and press the button to turn off the trap.
Underground Path

Throughout the game you'll come across five numbered wall plaques with symbols on them. Two options: Writing them down as you go through the game or follow the above video.
Bonus: How to Kill the Blind Monsters Easily

1) Walk up to them.
2) Use a Flask (you should save these for these creatures).

Tips
Walk, don't use the flashlight.
The ammo clip in the bathrooms will trigger one to move and block the doorway. The ammo isn't worth it.

Ones I killed
The first one you encounter in the hallway.
The two guarding the loot behind the ax wall.
The one in the underground passage.

I used the forth flask to kill the two Beserkers in the Basement.

I've played this game and it is quite good, however I'm stuck at the part at the underground generators Cain kills me and when i try to re-enter the door back into the generators it is locked there is a red flashing button at the side but nothing happens when i push the button. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Good tip. Most areas have enough ambient lighting to navigate around them easily. Only a few times did I need to turn on my flashlight to get my bearings.

After completing the regular mode and Fury mode, the only time I felt I needed to use a flask was when the two enemies were in the basement. I didn't want to waste the shotgun ammo. The other three were comfortably used against the blind monsters. Frankly, I suspect you don't need to kill the two in the loot room and can safely grab the items by careful movement. Never felt like risking it, though.

The regular and black zombies can be dispatched with the shotgun if they become too bold or pose too great a threat. The one on the path to the cemetery has my ire so much, he became a designated shotgun on sight.

Tip for the blind monsters: Use the lighter instead of the flashlight.
Unless you're really close to them, they won't see you.
This make this section really easy and you can keep your flasks.
